    GERARDO A.I. ESQUIVEL is founding Chairman of ASEC Development & Construction Corporation, ASEC Land Inc., The Regalia Group Corp., and ASEC Water Corp.

    His understanding of engineering and construction methodologies integrated with the art elements of design allows him a perspective that uniquely benefits the client and project. Gerry is a beneficiary of Jesuit education in elementary and high school (Ateneo De Manila). He is a licensed professional architect and a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

  • Beng Esquivel

    President and CEO

    TERESA Y. ESQUIVEL leads ASEC Development & Construction Corporation, ASEC Land Inc. and The Regalia Group Corp. as President and CEO.

    Beng brings her financial and managerial acumen and international experience to the organization. She owned and founded a garment exporting business from 1984 to 1997. She was Junior Executive Trainee at the Philippine-American Investment Corporation where she focused on financial analysis and bad debts accounts. She graduated Cum Laude in Business Administration at Menlo College in Atherton, California.

The executive committee is composed of seasoned professional and senior technical managers with 20 or more years of on-record experience.
