    Field Architect

    Job Description

    • Fresh Graduate / At least 2 years work experience in a construction company or its equivalent

    • Experience in documentation, cost analysis, and business management or related field.

    • Prepares and submits monthly and weekly reports to the Project Manager for approval in coordination with the Cost Engineer.

    • Prepares monthly accomplishments to Finance Department in coordination with the Cost Engineer based on the agreed submitted schedule.

    • Coordinates with the Field Engineer and Field Architect on the submission of daily accomplishment reports.

    • Prepare and submit the request for materials and subcon to the office.

    • Records and files labor, materials as well as equipment cost.

    • Keeps updated files of all variation/change orders of the project.

    • Prepares minutes of the meeting of all coordination meetings.

    • Monitors status/maintenance of office equipment such as computers, printers, photocopy machine and coordinates with IT Department for any concerns.

    • Monitors and prepares request of office supplies.

    • Monitors and logs all incoming and outgoing documents.

    • Acts as the receptionist of the site for visitors and answering telephone calls

    • Prepares correspondences with the directive of the Project Manager for the owner and owner’s representative.

  • Safety Officer

    Job Description

    • Only one(1) vacancy left.

    • BS - Preferably Engineering Course

    • At least 2 years work experience in implementing safety programs in a construction site or its equivalent.

    • Has taken the Construction Occupational Safety and Health Seminar (COSH), from a DOLE accredited institution.

    • Accredited Red Cross first aider

    • Implements awareness on safety rules and regulations among personnel to ensure its proper implementation with the organization.

    • Monitors the implementation and operation of the Safety Plan.

    • Maintains orderly and clean job sites, staff house and workers’ barracks.

    • Day to day scrutiny of operations on site with regard to safe system of work, including protective equipment, materials and sub-contractors.

    • Implements action plans on accident prevention with the organization.

    • Submits a weekly report on the number of accidents that occurred within the period and of employees/workers violating the rules on health and safety. Verifies the correctness of reporting procedures for accidents and dangerous occurrences, and the certification of equipment and operatives.

    • Implements safety rules and regulations and health programs to ensure the protection of life and property.

    • Ensures that all statutory documents and registers for cranes, and scaffolding are correctly maintained at all times and made available to the Safety Manager and /or DOLE Inspectors.

    • Ensures that Sub-contractors are working in a safe manner and comply with the safety regulations.

    • Conducts daily tool box meeting.

    • Trained as a first aider and will take action during times of emergency.

    • Checks that all employees and workers are using the proper PPE within their work areas.

    • Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time depending on training, education, qualifications or experience and necessary resources.

    Job Description

    • BS in Civil Engineer

    • At least 2 years work experience in a construction company or its equivalent.

    • Experience in documentation, cost analysis, and business management or related field.

    • Monitors the actual cost until completion of the project.

    • Coordinates with the other departments to check the tally of site monitoring from their actual cost of materials and labor.

    • Reports Cost to go for the balance of works on the contract.

    • Distributes relative weight of each scope of work based on the contract and coordinates with the Project Manager on the scheduling of each scope of work.

    • Evaluates and prepares billings including attachments such as request for payments, affidavit, key plans, progress photographs and coordinates with Accounting Department for the issuance of Sales Invoice.

    • Reconciles billings with the Construction Manager.

    • Prepares and coordinates with Field Architects and Field Engineers on the evaluated accomplishment of subcontractors for recommendation of payments.

    • Checks if the material request is within the budget summary of site.

    • Coordinates with the Warehouse Department on the stocks of materials

    • Monitors requests and follow up request when necessary.

    • Informs and coordinates with the Engineering Department on the estimates and costing of variation/change orders.

    • Reconciles with the Construction Manager on the quantity and cost of variation/change order.

    • Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time depending on training, education, qualifications or experience and necessary resources.

    • With at least 5 years work experience as Leadman or its equivalent in a construction company.
